Admission procedure/Requirements

Admission forms will be sent via e-mail/WhatsApp to prospective students who have made payments for it.
A general Telegram and WhatsApp platform will be created for all prospective students.
Prospective students will printout and fill the form, scan and send back completed admission forms via e-mail to the office.

NB. Scan all pages together as one pdf document before submitting.

In addition to the completed form will be;
A copy of the highest certificate earned (the minimum is WASSC / any high school certificate or its equivalent).
A passport size picture of prospective student with white background.
Data page of international passport or any national identification card of prospective student.
Two (2) pastoral recommendation letters. Must be on letter heads and must have official stamps.
Proof of payment at least 35% of tuition fee i.e. bank draft, Momo message.


A letter of admission will be sent to students who have made payment of at least 35% of tuition fee. Students who have made financial commitments regarding tuition fees will be migrated to the Telegram or Whatsapp platform that will be created.

Assignments, announcements and information will be sent to students through this medium.

Orientation


An online orientation will be done for all prospective students – the date will be communicated via the WhatsApp and Telegram platforms.

Gadgets and Software needed by Online Students


A standard laptop or smart phone with a very good internet connection.
Zoom (downloadable without fee on Playstore/Apple store).

Study Materials


Students are to purchase NIV Study Bible by Zondervan. Editor Kenneth L. Barker (compulsory for all students).
Soft copies of course materials will be made available for students in pdf formats.

Rules and Regulations


Prospective students should take note of the following with all diligence as inability to comply will lead to dismissal from program.
Regular attendance to class sessions is mandatory for the award of certificate after graduation and for ordination.
All course assignments and projects must be completed before the end of program to take part in graduation and ordination.
Students are expected to be in right standing regarding discipline and moral integrity. Any immoral behavior will be investigated due course of action will be taken by school authorities.
Absenteeism due to network issues will not be considered an excuse at all! Except for obvious nationwide network connectivity challenges for which management will issue a communique of awareness. Therefore, it is the sole responsibility of each student to secure a proper, well-functioning and stable network through the duration of their studies.
Students are to sign a pledge to attend classes regularly except for extremely pressing issues for which appropriate permissions will be sort ahead of time from the authorities.
Emergencies that will call for absenteeism or lateness without appropriate permissions will be investigated and the necessary cause of action will be determined by the school authorities.
Students are to note that failure to complete the payment of their CoA by the end of the 4th Month in school will lead to forced withdrawal from studies and ineligibility regarding graduation and ordination.
All fees paid into school accounts are not refundable.
In-person / online interview is required for ordination eligibility. Online interview will strictly be for students outside the country and who will not come to Ghana for graduation and ordination.

Graduation and Ordination


Ordination is done by the International Council of Churches and Ministers of Great Britain (ICCMGB).
Ordination is not compulsory – further details on ordination will be given during orientation.
This will be done in-person only and not online. Students who complete their courses in good standing are eligible for ordination.
A graduation fee will be announced 6 months into training.
This will require that all students travel to Kumasi for the graduation and ordination.

Requirements for ordination by ICCMGB


An ordination form will be completed and sent via email by the candidate.
Two (2) pastoral recommendation letters will be submitted by the candidate.
An in-person interview will be conducted for candidates.
Ordination fees will be communicated or you can reach out to us for the current fees.
There will be options for students who would want their ordination done for them in their own churches. This will definitely incur extra costs than the usual. This will be both for Ghanaian students and international students.

Such students will bear the cost of transportation for representatives of AATI as well as bishops and ministers of ICCMGB who will officiate the ordination whether within the country or without.
Graduation fee for such will be more than the usually stated and will be determined by the management of school, AATI.
